Personal Pickup (Recommended & No Additional Cost):
We encourage families within driving distance to visit our facility. This allows you to meet the puppy’s parents, see our environment, and receive in-person guidance from our team as you begin your journey home together.Flight Nanny Service (Starting at $450+):
For longer distances, we offer a premium Flight Nanny service. A dedicated, experienced professional will accompany your puppy in the cabin (never in cargo) on a commercial flight. They provide constant care, supervision, and regular updates, hand-delivering your puppy to you at the destination airport.Professional Ground Transport (Starting at $350+):
For cross-country travel, we use USDA-certified, climate-controlled ground transport services with trained animal handlers. The vehicle makes regular stops for exercise, hydration, and comfort. GPS tracking is often available for peace of mind.
Our Delivery Process:
Health Clearance: 48 hours before travel, your puppy receives a final veterinary exam and a health certificate. All travel documents are prepared.
Travel Preparation: On the day of travel, the puppy is given a light meal and exercise. Their travel crate is prepared with familiar bedding and items from their litter.
During Transit: Your puppy is constantly monitored. We ensure they receive regular water breaks and comfort stops. You will receive updates throughout the journey.
Arrival & Handover: Upon safe arrival, we conduct a careful handover, providing you with immediate care instructions, feeding schedules, and all necessary paperwork.
Post-Delivery Check-in: We will contact you within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your puppy is settling in well and to answer any immediate questions.
Travel Requirements & Preparation:
We handle all the details to ensure a smooth trip. Every puppy travels with a complete health and vaccination record. We also provide a travel kit that includes food, bowls, and a comfort item with familiar scents. We carefully plan travel dates to avoid extreme weather and accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
International Shipping:
We can arrange international shipping to approved homes. This process requires additional documentation, quarantine planning, and specialized carriers. International shipping rates start at $1,200+ and vary by destination. Please contact us directly to discuss specific international requirements.
